Argentina TIP now restricted to 3 months???? (Papierkram)

Well 95% bull anyway because there is definitely one border post that routinely gives only three months and has for some time - paso jama (Sp?) between Argentina and Chile right up north, but it seems as if all the rest are still 8 months.

Good that nothing much has changed - well except for dollar blue exchange rate going up and up. Certainly makes BA prices seem not too bad when you get close to 9 pesos to the dollar.
