You can either use a German bottle fitted with an adaptor to result in a female POL which makes it equivalent to a US bottle but without the fill level tell tal e valve or overfill protection device
OR
Best solution is to use a standard American bottle which is what nearly all the iOverlander propane entries refer to. If you have a kit with appropriate hoses and fittings, the bleed valve on the US bottle allows very fast gravity filling from local bottles.
