Only if it is a genuine motorhome registered as such in the home state. Even then there are reports that mexico is cracking down on leaving vehicles and flying out without permission from the Aduana, and further in Sonora and Baja that used to be open slather for entering motorhomes without documentation and leaving them there for years, the reports are saying that normal regulations regarding TIPs are being enforced.

The aduana in David in panama apparently allows you to leave your vehicle in their compound for $1 per day with a limit of 6 months.

You might be told that Brazil is open slather, but TIPs have been issued again after the world cup since more than a year ago - although I recently left a vehicle that entered without a TIP for 12 months and left through a small border post without question, but I would advise against trying it now.
