Dolarblue market still exists but of course the difference isn't all that much now, especially if you are trying to change a relatively small amount. Only advantage might be avoiding ATM fees and the very low withdrawal limit. Cambios and banks will change US dollars at the official rate so it might be still worth bringing plenty of dollars with you. We always do.
