BCP bank in Peru gives 700 soles each time and you can make at least three withdrawals at a time. BUT they do charge 14.5 soles for each - but better than the other banks that only allow 400 soles for 14.5 fee and some only allow one withdrawal a day.

This is one reason to carry a lot of US dollars or Euros and change them at a bank or western union.
