Hi, is anyone out there who can tell me if there can be problems expected at border crossings with vehicles with right hand drive.

Costa Rica will not allow you to enter.
In 2018 we met an English couple in Panama who failed to pass the border from Panama to Costa Rica. In the end they had their RH camper van transported from Panama to Nicaragua.
