I would suggest an adaptor to result in a female POL which is a left hand thread most commonly used on gas bottles throughout all the Americas.
Even countries that have different fittings on regular size bottles eg Brazil, Chile, usually have larger bottles with pol threads so more chance of getting yours filled

Those with fixed tanks can use the normal three adaptors used in Europe with rge dish fitting used in Peru and the large acme used in Chile and by delivery trucks in some other countries

Ioverlander.com is a fairly useful resource for gas refills - just use the filter to get rid of all other categories
