Hallo,
wer kann mir sagen, ob Brasilien für KFZ mit ausländischem Kennzeichen
wieder eine begrenzte Aufenthaltsgenehmigung hat???
Diese ist/war ja für mehrere Monate ausgesetzt, gibt es diese jetzt wieder,
seit wann, und wie lange darf das Fahrzeug in Brasilien bleiben??

Yes, sorry, but very reliable information confirmed by several other travelers says that at least at some borders, Brazil is issuing TIPs again. Also a post here from Frederic a couple of weeks ago saying the same thing. 90 days even for those who don't need visas, possibly extendable for another 90 days
We will cross into Brazil coming from Peru so I'll know if the same applies at that border, but I don't expect it to be different.
Party is over - although I suspect there never really was a party.
