Hallo

Ist in Argentinien, sowie in Südamerika Allgemein ein Grenzpassierschein vorgeschrieben?
Hat jemand Erfahrung damit?

Maybe Google translate hasn't done a good job and I have misunderstood.

Driving into Argentina, your passport is stamped and a visitors entry slip issued which you keep with the passport. Then a Temporary (Vehicle) Import Permit is issued for your vehicle and both the visitors slip and the TIP have to be handed in when you leave Argentina. In the case of Argentina, the visitors slip usually has validity for 90 days while the TIP is usually valid for 8 months BUT not always as some border posts routinely give only 3 months

Most or even all other South American countries have the same system EXCEPT Brazil which doesn't issue TIPs as such.
