That is just the point. If you have a database of actual real legitimate campgrounds, then most of the problems you mentioned would have not existed.

If you want a database that is specific for trucks more than 3 meters in height, then you will have to create it yourself. That is a bespoke item, and it would require a lot of work to build it.

I am quite serious though when i say you do have good data, but it is just in a terrible format. If you had it in a gpx format, then all of the comments would still be there in the gpx file, but it would also be searchable, categorized, routable, etc.
