Regular vs. High-cube container price (Verschiffung)

Hi everybody,
I am planning a round-the-world trip and I am stuck picking the right vehicle. My main concern at the moment are shipping prices. I am interested in a Mercedes Sprinter, which unfortunately won't fit into a regular container. My question is: is it possible to estimate how much more expensive is it to ship in a high-cube container? Do they even make short high-cubes, or would I always have to find somebody to ship with and share the costs?
