Also hier mal ne Antwort die ich vom DMV in Alaska bekommen habe:

Good Morning,

You can sell your car there. You would just need to signoff on the back of the title and give it to the new owner. You would need to fill out the tear off portion at the bottom of the title and send it to us to let us know you sold it. We would put a message regarding the sale on the vehicle record which will release you of liability. It would remain in your name until the new owner brings the paperwork into the DMV though.
