Every country has different standards for their plugs - and of course some countries have 120V and/or 230V and either 50 or 60 Hz

The standard campground european blue plug is virtually unknown anywhere in the Americas so you need the usual adaptor from that blue plug down to say the standard domestic euro fitting and then comprehensive travel adaptors to go from that plug to the various local outlets.

BTW don't worry about looking for a ground wire because you will rarely find one. Strictly 2 skinny wires snaking through the trees in most campgrounds.
