Border crossing with chilean car (Papierkram)

According to new chilean laws from last october forgners now need a new notary signed document declaring that they will return the car witn 6 month to chile. As this s a quite spezial document thing I want to requrst if someone has such a paper and could upload a photo or scan of it so I can show the notary what I need.

But there are good news too for all who want to buy a car in chile. Since this year you now longer need to find a chilean sponsor for getting a RUT - you can get it immediately at the tax office.
