Hey Folks, we are Paula and Josh and are selling our beloved Binkie El Niño. We are a couple from Germany, both 27 years old and had an amazing time with the car!
It’s a 4x4 Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.4 L. Sport from 2011. It comes fully equipped to start your adventure right away. With the roof tent, camping and cooking gear nothing stops you of going completely free wherever you want. Exploring South America by car has changed our travel completely. Getting away from the hotspots, traveling in your speed, stumbling over beautiful places that you haven’t planned on visiting, is just something different.
Below you can find all the facts you want to know. Price and Date of selling are negotiable.

Car:
Suzuki Grand Vitara GLX Sport from 2011

Approximately 110.000 kilometres by the time of selling.

The motor is a 2.4L with five gears, 163hp and 2393CC and runs on gasoline.

It's a 4×4 with offroad/asphalt tires, Spare tire + car jack, Fire extinguisher, Airconditioning, Bluetooth with a great audio system, Central safety locking, Three USB charging points,Two sets of keys, Lockable glove compartment and extra steering wheel lock, The two back-seats have been removed to create more space. If needed they can be installed back as they are stored in Santiago de Chile

History:
We are the fourth owners, the first was a Chilean woman who used the car for day to day activities in and around Santiago. Therefore the mileage is still low. The second was a Dutch couple who traveled with it through Argentina and Chile. They converted the car to include camping equipment and roof tent. Third owners have been two cousins from the Netherlands that have only driven the car for about 2 1/2 months before selling it to us end of May this year. This means all equipment is still in mint condition!

Maintenance and repairs:
The cars' fluids (oil, brake fluids, cooling fluids etc.) always has been checked weekly, with thorough allround checks by a mechanic every 10k kilometres.
The front tires have been replaced by the owners before us. The previous owners have replaced the brakes, battery and bars on the roof to have more stability for the tent. The old bars were of relatively cheap quality and they have upgraded them for the more expensive version. This ensures much more stability and safety.
We put new front tires just now.
Air condition Gas was filled up.
Gear oil was changed.
Power steering fluid changes.
New oil and filters.
We’ve always been very caring with the car and equipment and did everything we could to maintain the good shape. Regular checking by mechanics, changing fluids filters and … have kept us going with not by treaking down once. Because the mileage is still low problems and replacement are very rare. The car had no issues, accidents or damage at all. It is extremely reliable.

Insurance, roadtax, and others:
Chilean technical Revision is going to freshly renewed by the time of selling and valid for one year.
Permiso de circulacion and road tax are valid until March 2024.

Equipment:
The car comes equipped with everything to realise your wildest wild camping dreams. Including but not exclusive to:

Two person, easy to set up and tear down, water-and windproof roof tent. Dimensions (in metres):
2,4 x 1,4 × 1,3 (length x width x height). Very spacious and comfortable.

Two large blankets for sleeping, and three smaller ones for evenings, Bed sheets, towels. A sink with faucet connected to a 12L water container, A two pit gas stove, Everything needed to cook your own meals (pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, and cups), Table and two chairs, A 'closet' for your clothes, Four compartments for camping equipment and food, Games and entertainment (cards, cubes, beach tennis, and fishing pole), A 20L jerrycan for gasoline, so you are never stranded without gas, A tarp for rainy or windy days

Concluding; this beauty of a car will take you everywhere you want to go. Because of it's roof tent and 4×4 capabilities, you can easily set up camp where and whenever you want. The car is fairly new, with only a few owners and mileage in its history. Because of this we ask €9.000 for the car. This price is based on the low mileage and quality of the car. This means you will have significantly less repairs and fear of breaking down.
