Guter Notar / Escribano in Buenos Aires gesucht! (Papierkram)
Hallo PanAm-Forum!
Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem guten/ Englisch sprechenden/ und wenn möglich günstigem Notar/ Escribano in Buenos Aires. Grund: Erstellung eines Poders zur Autoübernahme. Hat da jemand Erfahrungen oder Tipps und am besten gleich eine Adresse/ Namen? Würde mich sehr freuen.

Just the man. Christian Torlasco at andeanroads.com has a friend who has had lots of experience writing up Poders for this purpose. Not cheap but haven't heard of any failures provided people follow the right procedure

take your money with you. Was 750 pesos when I got my two - using dolarblue pesos - but last I heard it was more like 1400 which merely reflects the change in the official exchange rate.
Christian also has basic camping and vehicle storage at his place which can be quite convenient

Hola chicos!
we just bought a car here and now have this PODER (btw costed $1800 ARS, ca 120 US$).
The former owner (german) bought the car in Bogota/ Columbia and the car is still registered in his name (in the car documents).
Our Question:
When we re-sell the car, are we then authorized
1) to sell the car?
2) to give authorization to the new owner in a then new set-up PODER?
any clearifying comments welcome
