Hallo
Konnte aus gesundheitlichen gründen,mein auto die in Argentinien ist,nicht nach 8 monaten über grenzen fahren!,Termin war 20.10.15,da meine Problemen mit Gesundheit auch jetzt immer noch da sind,kann ich immer noch nicht nach Argentinien gehen um es wieder gut zu machen.Wird es sehr schlimm werden wenn ich erst im Januar 2017,als ich wieder dorthin fliegen kann,mich um diese Problem kümmern kann?.
Ich Danke alle die mir helfen können und mir sagen was ich unternehmen muss!!.

One possibility would be to just go to the Aduana head office in BA together with translated medical reports back home and hope they are feeling in a good mood. Pay the fine and be on your way. If they confiscate your bike then so be it
The other solution - which maybe doesn't have more than a 30% chance of succeeding is to go to Iguazu, stop at the Immigration to get your passport stamped and then sit there and wait for the Aduana man - who is supposed to stand in the middle of the road to collect your TIP - to sit down in the shade and go to sleep and then just drive into Brazil. When we crossed, he WAS asleep and I had to park down the road and walk back to wake him up and give him the TIP. He didn't even look at it.
Slackest border we have crossed so far.
Of course if you want to come back into Argentina you might have problems.

ICH DANKE DIR FÜR DEINE HILFE-BEREITSCHAFT.HATTE DIESMAL GLÜCK UND WURDE VON EINE DEPACHANTE GEHOLFEN DER MIR ALLES MACHTE,OHNE DASS ICH AN DIE GRENZE MUSSTE,AUCH DIE BUSSE IST KLEINER AUSGEFALLEN.WIE GESAGT,VIEL GLÜCK UND GUTE BEZIEHUNGEN.
HAB VON ZOLL NOCH EIN WICHTIGE RAT BEKOMMEN,WENN MANN AUS IRGEND EIN PROBLEM,SEIN AUTO NICHT SELBER AUS DER LAND RAUS UND REIN BRINGEN KANN,DARF ES NUR,MIT EIN PODER!,EIN NICHT-ARGENTINIER BEAFTRAGEN. EIN ARGENTINIER DARF DAS AUTO NUR AUS DEM LANDE BRINGEN ABER,NICHT MEHR REIN!.
