Renting, I think, wouldn't be my best option as I don't exactly know where I'd end up and in what timeframe. I'd like to travel around the entire continent, I don't know if that poses any problem. Also what pricerange you have in mind?

Bram,
with flexible timeframe and ending-up its very difficult to estimate renting costs, but surely longterm diminishes on a daily basis and probably meets buying in a not so far future. My immediately available vehicle is Raco, from January on hopefully also Mistral; Surazo isn't available.
