Given that the seizure was eventually declared illegal, shouldn't the Aduana pay any losses to all affected owners?

I doubt there will be much interest in helping to find these people if red faces for the Aduana was the only result, BUT if we find out they skipped town still owing the storage company money they promised to pay, then I imagine every right-thinking person would soundly condemn them for their dishonesty.

How much money do these people owe in Uruguay?
