Do you have the original TVIP given to the previous owners when they entered Argentina. Is it still valid?

Peru is another country that makes it difficult to enter using a poder. Getting insurance may also be difficult

A poder is just permission to borrow a vehicle from the registered owner and rarely gives permission to sell it to someone else.
