Hola chicos!
we just bought a car here and now have this PODER (btw costed $1800 ARS, ca 120 US$).
The former owner (german) bought the car in Bogota/ Columbia and the car is still registered in his name (in the car documents).

Our Question:
When we re-sell the car, are we then authorized
1) to sell the car?
2) to give authorization to the new owner in a then new set-up PODER?
