One possibility would be to just go to the Aduana head office in BA together with translated medical reports back home and hope they are feeling in a good mood. Pay the fine and be on your way. If they confiscate your bike then so be it

The other solution - which maybe doesn't have more than a 30% chance of succeeding is to go to Iguazu, stop at the Immigration to get your passport stamped and then sit there and wait for the Aduana man - who is supposed to stand in the middle of the road to collect your TIP - to sit down in the shade and go to sleep and then just drive into Brazil. When we crossed, he WAS asleep and I had to park down the road and walk back to wake him up and give him the TIP. He didn't even look at it.
Slackest border we have crossed so far.
Of course if you want to come back into Argentina you might have problems.
