Interesting... Do you know by accident how it is in British Columbia? That's the license plate we have on the car. All the information I could find so far end up with "visit your autoplan broker" . so I would assume it's not possible. But the internet speed here is pretty poor to do some real research.
Anyway, I'll definitely write down how we ended up with this story here, don't worry!
