Don't assume you will never get counterfeit notes out of an ATM, and don't assume you will get them from a money changer.

Financed nearly our whole trip from the blackmarket from all sorts of sources ranging from an meeting arranged on the dolarblue facebook page, to walking in to a store and asking them what their rate is and never had a dud note. Just check every note carefully and refuse any that don't have the metal stripe with the note denomination written on the stripe.

Why give up getting a 30 to 40% discount on the cost of your holiday.

BTW USD100 are preferred over Euro and notes need to be as close to uncirculated as possible,
