What year 350, because it makes a big difference in how the engine tolerates high sulphur fuels.

Mexico has low sulphur diesel in some areas but certainly not everywhere and it gets better or worse as you go down,

Mine is a 2000 model 7.3 litre diesel and it has been from the US down to the bottom and is now on its way back up with no problems.

Yes, Argentina has "eurodiesel" but only if you can find a station that actually has any in stock. I always ask, but nine times out of ten get a big grin with a shake of the head and a point to the regular pump.
